Florida embraces cultural diversity in many ways, one of which being the cuisine. The sunshine state provides a smattering of dining and flavor options from coast to coast. Seafood lover? Check out the Pensacola Seafood Festival. If your taste lies in the finer things, check out the South Beach Wine & Food Festival in Miami to dine beside big-name celebrities. Sponsored by the Food Network and Food & Wine Magazine, the five-day event in February is sure to inspire fun, glamour, and intense flavors. For those with a sweet tooth, attend the Florida Strawberry Festival in Plant City. This festival dates back to the 1930s, and is brimming with sweet treats like strawberry shortcake, chocolate-covered strawberries and even strawberry pizza.
